Exclamation Overheating

My car for the past two days is overheating. I dont know what the problem is. When i turn my car off then stick the key in the igniton my fan makes this noise. I dont know what is the problem that my car keeps overheating. Also in my dash where my guages are, my temperature thingi is frosen at 136 degrees and sometimes just dissapears. Does anyone know how or what i can do to solve my problem. Thanks in advance.

..........me tink dat you gonna need dat temperature thingi to workey otherwise you ain't gonna no if you motor is too hot.........
