No photos of the engine, I wonder if it does have a turbo?

The 300D was N/A until 1982 I believe. It has the old style steering wheel, stereo, and AC controls. But the new cluster, and I'm told those front seats are the new style. I was also wondering if there's really a turbo in there. Probably either someone else changed the badging and the seller is clueless or the seller's trying to pull a fast one on somebody.

Wow, an uncracked BLUE dash? If it's really true w/ NO cracks and not one of those aftermarket dashcaps, then I am jealous!!

And as for the turbodiesel claim for a '77 model? ...well, 100% definitely a transplant. The VIN is stated as 123130... which is a 123.130 N/A Diesel.

You're right, 83 was the first year fo the 120 mph speedo. Also, the speedo has black center dot, not chrome like my 82. The car also has a right side mirror, was that standard for a 77?

I don't think that's a dash cap.

You have to wonder if the seller knows it's been modified.

Where is he running his crankcase oil bleed off? Looks like it is just getting dumped out the back of the engine. If so, I'd hate to see his driveway.

Vin

What's wrong w/ that VIN? Doesn't look like any VIN I've ever seen.

You can see the airfilter on top of the valve cover, he probably took it off for photos. I would say its a 77 that someone put work into to make a proper turbo, including things that I would do such as the script on the trunk, and the tach.
