Personally I don't give a hoot what they think....I drive a car I like that I find reliable...I don't do it to impress anyone.

clunkety? smoooth...

Our 300sd.
I've only had it a couple of weeks, the first day it stranded my wife with a clogged fuel line, since then it's been a smooth sailor. I had it up to 100 today, with my my hands off the wheel.
A couple of years ago my wife and i had new cars, me a bland tundra (tax break), her a new passat.
$50,000 worth of cars.
Now we have a 79 300sd, a 69 baja bug, a 93 dodge cummins 4x4, all fantastic cars for less than $10,000. All that's missing is a great deal on a lotus 7?
I like the current arrangement much better, regardless of cost.

There is a video of a guy driving behind a porsche on a track in a car. it flips and the video ends with the f-word.

I have a big hole in my exhaust and there is no air cleaner on right now. You mostly hear the turbo, which I will never complain about.

My girlfriend really likes my car because its yellow. I think she is just being nice.
