Why am I a lemming and refuse like everyone else to accept the energy future?

Why am I a lemming and refuse like everyone else to accept the energy future? $^&YTF Carramewo, will you snap to and wake UP? I could do the WVO thing in a weekend!

Like every one else I just didnt want to join a carpool today, and lose my freedom to come and go at lunchtime or arrive at work super early and live super early and avoid gossip and company trivia. Like everyone else I sat on the freeway with my AC roaring, my stereo blaring, idling in traffic. I would rather go into debt then deal with those gossip mongers in the carpool.

I could do the WVO thing in a weekend! I mean all of us on Diesel Forum can build cars from tin cans and duct tape. But like everyone else, my mindset is frozen. I mean who wants to go around chasing down used vegetable oil in the middle of the night and save 300 dollars a month when they can waste $300 dollars a month on gas and be socially responsible?

Like everyone else, I refuse to accept Changing Times. In the last five years, we had the Terror War, 9/11. the tsunami, and New Orleans and so it goes without saying something global will happen again in 2006 that will drive gas to $4.00 gallon...

Like every other human being, i will be there in a Hummer or a Mustang V8 ,idling in traffic at $5 a gallon and 15 mpg. meanwhile somewhere in another part of the world someone's life is being disrupted because of my refusal to change...

The something global will just be called January....By then it will be at or above $4.00 gallon....you can bet your Bush/Cheney bumperstickers.....
