You are a kind hearted soul to the take time to explain. I was just poking hoo-rah at my fellow forum members living in the tundra.

But.... living where I do has it's drawbacks. Sno-cones melt faster, we only see ice in our drinks, women wear skimpy clothing, earthquakes don't last long enough to give your feet a really good massage, it is harder for us to use the red dye diesel because we can heat our homes with a candle instead of a furnace, in winter I sometimes have to wear a tee shirt under my regular shirt to ride a motorcycle, our gardens must be tended throughout the year since we never have a frost (remember that Maui's cash crop is no longer pineapples ), and we rarely get to experience changing our starters since our engines fire up in about one second of cranking. Life can be tough anywhere.

Please send donations and rolling papers to the Lahaina Yacht club.

And to answer the posted question; I like the screw in factory block heaters better than the hose heaters. I have a five foot long "cheater" pipe that I put over the end of my long Snap-on half inch breaker bar. Sometimes it bends about 30 degrees before it breaks the plug loose but it springs right back.

had one installed in red this past year. i remember aro 200 bucks for losts of labor trying to get the plug out. the wife says 150.

i installed a zerostart in blondie and it went really smooth. even for me. ya'know i haven't looked at brownie yet to know. po said it was there.

and if you search the archives there is a good listing of what to do to prep that plug for removal.
