Good luck.

Looks like R2OK or R2OX for the first four. Don't know about the rest.

Then again, when i look at the original picture, it looks like maybe R2O73...

Pete.

Also, it looks like a vintage car, so with just a couple of the plate numbers, maybe you'll be able to pin it down. I'm sure members of the forum here could identify the approximate make and year.

Pete.

Looks like and older pick up from the back with the heavy duty bumper. The shape of the tail lights looks famillar but I can't place them, tall narrow in the end of the bed sides. Also the side mirrors on top of brackets.

Looks like a Ford pick-up, and judging by the shape of the cab a 1980 to 1990 model.

k2913F5
21973-6
x291315
the car (truck) looks like an older ford to me, looks like they stole either rims or beer kegs (stainless kegs)
hope you find the culprit!!
and heres my gimp results: (i'm too poor to afford photoshop, or it could be that i like the gimp better!)

Doesn't quite look big enough to be a full size pick-up judging from the size of the people in the cab. Maybe it is an older, say first generation, Dodge Dakota.

I can't read the license plate, but i'll pitch in a vote that its a 1980s Ranger.

There's not much info in the image. My best guess is k2023, maybe followed by a 7. Sorry, that's probably not much help.

E-mail me the original image -- bigger the file size, the better -- to gcraven@hendersondispatch.com.

Can't promise anything other than that I will look at it immediately and enhance as I can.
