I like the line: "Thank you for shopping at our Knoxville at Lovell Road NuMarkets Selling & Shipping Center!"

Sheesh they should have waited until April 1st to list that garbage!

" a little work and good for another 300,000 miles"

actually it is a relatively rare fuel injected engine. 20 years ago i might have drug it home for that alone.

That's not a Diesel. MB never made a W111 Diesel nor a 6-cylinder passenger car Diesel engine until 1985. That's a distributor, not a rotary IP

I think if that car was moved it would literally fall apart. Significant rust issues!

Don't worry, I won't bid against you - it has a crack in the dask. That is a deal killer for me.

That's painful to see I had a '62 220SE when I was in high school. I only drove it briefly before I started to take it apart for restoration. My family had to move and I couldn't take it with me so I had to junk it. I still regret it to this day. I have yet to see a decent early 220SE for sale... I'd love to find a gray one with red interior like I had. Those injected cars seem to be hard to find!

I've seen worse... That one should roll if u put on some tires...

If you think thats really bad, theres an old mercury something (big fintail thinger) in a swamp by me... That things been there at least 30 years, because from the middle of the doors down its got rust holes the size of a coke can....

U live in a pampered state
If i can get a texas benz with a bad interior, Ill put a good old WI interior in it. Theres a 70's 240 by me that has a dash thats NOT cracked anywhere... bit faded, but NO cracks... Try that with a texas car

Anyways enought of my rant, I think the price is OK because its got good door panals, and a few misilanious interior peices in it
