1985 190d 2.2 ... what's it worth?

I'm thinking of selling my newly aquired 190d. What do you guys think would be a fair asking price for this car?

1985 190d
107,600 miles
auto trans
power windows, locks, sunroof, a/c, and the such

most if not all of the papers that came with the car new, ie- the original window sticker, owners manual, roadside brochure...

The paint is good except for the hood's clear coat is peeling as you can see in pictures. There is a little rust on the passanger fender and some on the passanger jack hole.

The engine runs great and the trans shifts exactly like it should.

do you have

complete maintenance records so the mileage can be verified?

The gentleman I bought it from bought it from his son in 1989 with 39,000 miles on it. an old man owned car(he is 89).

I bought mine over the summer for 1800 dollars. It had 159k miles but it was the highly desired 5-speed. I know that prices have jumped on these cars since then so you should be able to get more than $2,500.

I see Michigan plates, where is the car located in MI? I have someone who is looking for a 190D.
