I'm originally and Ohio boy....but I've lived in New England since 1976.
I am still not use to having the sun set by 4:30pm after the turn back for "day light savings time". What day light is being saved?

I wish they would just outlaw DST. Just leave me at UTC-6 and forget about it.

So if I start a power hour at 1am I can finish it at 1am? That would be cool provided I am still awaik at the end of it.

For you old guys a power hour is a shot of something strong, Absolute for example about every 10 minutes. Plus large amounts of beer usually through a funnel.

Yes, it is Saturday night (Sunday morning, 2am specifically). I know because we always have a big Halloween party that night, and at 2am we remind everyone to change their clocks, and inform them that they now have an extra hour to either party or sleep (they usually choose partying for the extra hour).

Have fun,
sam

I agree 100% get rid of it. I'm sure that some screwball will tell both you and me that you can get 25 hours in a 24 hour day with DST, therefore it is more energy efficient and will probably even cure erectile dysfunction syndrome.

Unfortunately, that means you'll be posting 0.000001 percent more often.
