Troublesome 85 300D vacuum leak question...

My once reliable Central Locking system works terribly.
Specifically, I am tracing a vacuum leak at the Junctionb where the four lines, yellow black( vacuum reservoir feed) , yellow green (input to front door lock), brown blue (engine shutoff) and green (climate control) come off the vacuum supply hose from the vacuum pump.

If I take a mightvac and apply vacuum at the yellow vacuum feed line that goes through the dash and goes to the Driver Side front door, and should I be able to pull a tight steady vacuum of 20 "? Right now, I cannot, there is a leak in the Front Door lock that doesnt let me hold 20" vacuum. Is the way it should behave?

If I take a mightvac and apply vacuum to the green feed line that goes through the dash and feeds the climtae control dashpots, should I be able to pull be able to pull a tight steady vacuum of 20 "?
