I want to tap into the PDL Vacuum control module to wire in Keyless Entry. Any idea where it's located in the wagons?

Dunno nothin about 124 wagons but isnt mechanically triggered vacuum autolocks key activated at driver's door alone? So if ther's a master control module thats where I'd be lookin - inside the driver's door hitched to the key lock.

the pump might be a good place to look, it is under the rear seat passenger side.

Are you sure the pump is there in the wagons too?

I beleive your mistaking the wagon for the sedan location.
