What's a Clean 125,000 mi 83 240d worth
Hey guys,
I'm waiting to hear back on a 300td wagon and I found another car to look into thats local to me. What is the ball park on a no rust 125,000 mile 240d? From the pictures I saw it looks very clean in and out. Are the 1983 turbos? Thanks, Tim |

The value all depends on condition. For a clean 83 with everything working, I would guess anywhere from from $2000 to $4000. BTW, none of the 240D's have turbos. They are non-turbo 2.4L 4-cylinder engines. Note that they have very little power compared to a 300D turbo (about 70 HP in a 3000 pound car). I have one, and I like it, but you need to drive one to see if it has enough power for you.

i agree
with ctaig but an exceptional 240 will sell for more.
i just sold two one witn a non turbo 300 motor and stick. both pretty clean and both with low miles on rebuilt motors. for 4575 and 4550 neither car was perfect but both were very nice. with all the big stuff done and very good bodies. tom w
