help straightwiring the wifes 79 300td heater

hey ive got a 79 300td and have been all over the system without doing brain surgery and getting the vac setup ive got cold ac all over the place but want to know if anyone can tell me some bypass to get heat up front, the vacuum diagrams seem so tell tale to when your actually looking at the things and cant figure out the actuators whos satans spawn was this?
