I guess youre looking at a 95 E300D with the 3.0L inline 6 normally aspirated engine

I get anywhere from around 25-33mpg, with winter having the low mpg

Advertised the car should get 9.0l per 100km city and 6.7L per 100 km highway. These figures taken from the canada fuel consumption spec.

My mileage....95 E300D

I get ~30 with mixed driving....I've gotten 37 on the hwy. before. Never less than 28. Cheers.

I consistently get 32mpg commuting to work. The commute consists of 30 miles highway, 20 miles of DC beltway gridlock. On long trips I see 35-37 mpg. Great car, I have 158K miles on the odometer. With any car you are looking to buy, check the service records. The 95 E300Ds are over 10 years old, so things like brakes, shocks/struts, suspension bushings, ball joints, motor mounts, glow plugs, tires and rear suspension links are due. Catching up with "deferred maintenance" can get expensive quick.
