To find cheap diesel in your area

I've used this site to find diesel prices in my area (Chicago)- it's updated every 24 hours I think and it's saved me about $18 in the last month or so. I just alter my driving route a little, and save some $ by filling up at a cheaper station. (You have to click on the diesel button, but the site's easy enough to navigate). Maybe this will help you guys save some cash on diesel...
See what you think... Cheers- John

I got it for 2.99/gal at Thornton's on Harlem at 290 in Oak Park (I have to drive out there for wk 3 times a week from Andersenville), but saw posts in the burbs for $2.25! I won't fill up till I've checked prices first anymore.

PS- the 190 didn't like the diesel from the place on Petersen, nor did it care for the diesel from BP at Touhy and 90. It's "peppier" on the stuff from Thornton, Citgo or Racetrac for some reason. -J

There is one station here that is ALWAYS $.20-$.30 less than all the other stations in the area. Never had a problem with bad fuel. I don't even look at the other stations' signs anymore.

andersenville? hope you have a home to plug into there. drank at a real friendly bar a few years ago on clark st. no, please, don't ask the name. it sold guinness is all i remember and they had customer pizza available they ordered in from somewhere.

funny the 190 didn't like the bell fuel. the 240's and the tdidi all run a little better and even better on the 50c bp.
