Name that plug - trunk drain grommet part number
link I am missing several of these plugs and can't find the right name to call them so I can find the part. They go in the body under the floor mats and in the trunk. They are about 2" at the top and just under 1" at the bottom. They are mostly solid rubber, but have 3 little holes in the middle, presumably for draining water. The name would be much appreciated, a link to a cheap part would be the best! |

re-size them. There's a limit to file size.
Try R*ckAuto ("O" instead of an asterisk). You'd be surprised what they carry. Our sponsors usually have the grommets and plugs but you need to know what to look for. At times their catalog leaves a lot to be desired.

OK, I added the pictures as attachments. Even shrinking them fairly small, the image embed button will not accept them.

Trunk drain plugs , later than W-123's used them too so it's a simple thing ti find some in a Junk Yard..
Or , try Tom Hansen at the Mercedes Classic Center in Irvine , Ca. ~ he's always finding me odd bits and bobs .
