Euro 124 on Ebay

Dunno if this was posted yet but it certainly looks like a Euro spec to me.... May make someone a nice, less troublesome ride. RT

looks nice

but prob not worth more than the 5k bid already. i would worry about the aftermarket sunroof. leaking and rust around the cut edges. cloth int is not for me either.

Awww, why did Mercedes have to go and put SLS in that car?
O/W I like it, I'd stick a 5-speed in it if I owned it!

So what engine is that exactly? Shocking to see that SLS pump in that location. I c an't imagine parts for that car would be that easy to find, and can you imagine the cost. What an ugly sunroof, and while I like cloth seats, I don't like those cloth seats!
Bid it up boys.......

well

that would be a na 602. just like what came in the 190 in about 88 89 or so. parts wouldnt be a problem to get. minor differences. your favorite mb parts place should be able to get anything if you give them the part number.

If it's not a wagon, probably was ordered with towing package.
I'm sure somebody with a US spec car would be glad to swap their shocks/springs for your SLS hardware.
I'd gladly trade cylinder heads with that car if it's got the cam mounted sls pump like I saw on a 601 euro. My head is turbo, so you'd get sodium filled exhaust valves.

Did the 190s also have the same air filter? That filter box gets in the way of wvo setup.

Shame someone ruined the car but putting in that cheesy sunroof.
A couple of good things it has are the manual windows, manual seats and HVAC. I could live with those seats. They'd be much more comfortable than the MBTex ones.
When I first looked at the photos I thought it was a W201 but the photo of the rear end confirmed to me it is a 124.

worst part is that damned aftermarket sunroof....what happens when it starts to leak....
