No car seller should be allowed to pawn off a flood damaged car or one that has sustained major structural damage as a car that has a clean history.....if it takes the feds to enforce this due to a few states not taking this serious enough then so be it. Its all about fraud and misrepresentation of goods. I don't see a political perspective to that at all actually.
