serious question here..

you know the lil round plastic screw things that hold the tailight assembly to the lenses or sumtn like that.. i need one part part number anyone?? also i can put a light into that empty socket in the assembly right?

Are you including fasteners for holding trim and moldings or just threaded fasteners? I bought what appeared to be a bushel basket of red button outside trim fasteners for both cars. IIRC there is something like 63 per car.

All fasteners.
I seem to recall that a base 1972 Cadillac had total 2820 fasteners.

With all of the welding that Benz does I bet there are considerably less than that 72 Caddy. I'll hazzard a guess 1,930 on a 123. Bet you a six pack that I'm wrong.
