116 wood kits
 

did you know that you could buy wood kits for a 116 dash from mercedes?

Ain't gonna happen without a time machine...................I've never seen one and trust me I've looked.

I am pretty sure you local dealer would be more then happy to sell you wood parts for your W116. They are expensive but if you want perfection it ain't cheap.

sorry I have been on the road. $480 dollars for the kit.

where did you find that and what all was in it....first I've heard of one being availible for the W116.

Ouch, I haven't priced it yet, but one of these days I'll have to get a W123 wood kit. Mine is annoying me, I just don't know if it's $500 worth of annoyance.:rolleyes:

I ordered a hat from these guys, and asked them about the kit, thinking they might have a used one. I might have misunderstood, but it seemed like it was a new kit straight from mercedes. If you call, let me know what they say.

I hate getting stuff from Park Place Mercedes! They ALWAYS seem to be higher than the other local MB dealerships. And now they have that brand new fancy location on Lemmon Ave to pay for.:rolleyes:
I like the parts guys at the one in Plano (can't remember the name), but being a dealership it isn't like they are cheap.
