Add one more thing to my list (*&^%$)!
This morning, my dear sweet wife left to drive my son to school...just as she was leaving, she backed into my car and smashed my left front euro head light :stunned: ....broke the lense and lots of internal plastic....yes, the OE euro lights with the little vacuum modules in them that are almost impossible to replace!!! My car was where it always is parked....behind hers to the side. She said she backed out without a care in the world and totally spaced out and forgot that my car was there!
Luckily I have a spare lense (the color mismatch that I replaced when I got the lights!!)...so tonight I will be super-glueing the internals. The other night she was really mad at me when I accidentally broke a ceramic sea-horse Christmas tree ornament that she had just gotten that day as a gift...it hadn't even been hung on the tree yet.....the way I see it, she still owes me!!;) Aye Car-r-rumba!!! Of course she owes you but I suggest that if you want to live long and do well don't bring up the MB. Remember, you have to sleep sometime.

yeah, it's not worth causing an eruption if she's anything like my better half.

If she's still causing eruptions I wouldn't worry about it....:D :D |
That sucks!
The lens is one thing but the internals are another... Glad it didn't damage anything else on the car. Could have been worse. |
Your better off just not making it an issue. I don't know about you guys but I always lose when I argue with any women.
Just fix it, you can get Bosch Euro replacment lights pretty easy. Or search Ebay for a used original set. |

Not worth a fight... |
I'm not married yet but I've already learned that the hard way. Even when I try to turn it around and do the same thing to her, its just not pretty. Sigh.
