Sorry guys, just my opinions.:o

I really don't feel to bad about changes that are reversible (tires, wheels, radios, etc), but I really hate it when people make changes that are going to affect the long term value/integrigy of the cars. In 20 years a correct 80s car will be a lot more desirable than one that has been "improved" by the PO.

there have been a few , a W126 and two W123s I have seen (a sedan and a TD).....they all looked good to me...


But I do hate the grill star thing with a passion.

I once saw a 300D painted pink in Berkeley. Any benz that is painted an oddball color is what I consider defacing!

Someone posted a photo of a moster truck 300TD awhile back. I couldn't find it in a search. I thought it looked pretty stupid. And who is going to take a Mercedes 4 wheeling?:rolleyes:

I would....if I had a spare W116 interior and a spare 4Wd truck with a scrap body I would build one.....I'd love to have a W116 4WD. :D
