I've got dial up so I haven't clicked on the link. But, is that the show where they implode the building on it, and then tie it down on a pier and let the tide come in? I saw it in the UK a couple of yrs ago. Incredible.

They should use is as an ad for Toyota. I was laughing and clapping at the end. Really amazing! To bad they don't sell those here, I would snatch it up in a heartbeat.

I bet that 100% of USA Pickups would be TOAST with just one of the things they put that through!! Talk about tough/well engineered!!!! That is truly insane. I want one!!!
I wonder if a unimog or G-wagon would stand up to such abuse.....there's a chance. G-wagon probably less likely, too complicated, if one cord gets messed up the computers will say "no worky" Unimog though....I bet it'd survive equally well. Then again its built to, that was just a regular pickup!!

Don't think even a G would survive that, I have seen more abuse though on Toyota truck by Talliban and in bush country Oz.

How did they ever get away with tieing it down in the ocean, with all the oil and fluids that it probably leaks.
Pretty amazing though. I looked for a diesel toyota pickup before I bought my mercedes wagon, but they are even harder to find. I had a 79 toyota gasser pickup previously and it had 249K miles on it when I sold it.
