300SDL Glow Plugs

I've got an '86 300SDL barely starting on two glow plugs and need to replace the others. How the h..l do you change the glow plugs on a 300SDL?
I've changed plugs on my 220D, 240D and even a '83 300SD(really tuff, but doable). Does someone have a video on how to change the glow plugs? Do I have to take off the intake manifold as well as the fuel lines?

Yes

There is a thread proclaiming some success without Fuel lines are expensive and would hate to bang and unseat one This is also a good time to replace all those old plastic fuel line retaining clips, remove and clean that hard to get at banjo bolt and general house cleaning.

Let's not forget to tweak the ALDA too!
