1982 300SD Turbo Cylinder Head

This is a reconditioned cylinder head for a 300SD turbo. The seller said it has a reserve price of $395, but there is no "reserve not met" attached to the present price of $99. The stated reason for selling it is because "the head does not have the pneumatic rear suspension". Is the pneumatic rear suspension on the head only present in the 300TDs? Thanks.
Note: I am not associated with the seller in any way.

crook

stay away from this guy... he is a crook...
he is selling the head as being complete on one auction
and on another auction he is selling the cam shaft... notice the
photo of the cam shaft.... it is bolted to the head.... so
when I think of a head I think of a complete head.. and he says it
is ready to bolt on... yet he is selling the cam shaft in a whole
different auction... so beware..

anyway.... just call up the napa he is talking about and send them your
head.... they will probably charge you 250 bucks...

the napa here is louisville is great as well...

I looked at the offering and he stated that he is selling the cam and valve train in another auction
