Does Your Mercedes 300TD Drives Like A Race Car?

I think I am missing something in my 300TD - I can't get it to drive like a race car. This seller is able to TUNE IT UP to drive like a race car . Are you able to make your 300TD drives like a race car? If you do, please let me into your secret!

Of course not!

The person who wrote that add isn't very well spoken, or very correctly spoken, and to me that never reflects well on a potential sale.
Let's see, he isn't negotiable, but he is taking bids? Is that bids OVER his rediculous asking price.

Mine drives like a race car. You know, something that you would use for a demo derby or off road rally...

After spending that kind of cash...you shouldn't have any problem fooling yourself into thinking it will travel through time...let alone "drive like a race car".

Does it ever end?

What a freakin' idiot.

I was expecting to see something like the famous green hot rod 300td with a supercharger.

If the car is more or less bone stock then it's going to drive like a 3600 pound station wagon.

My 300TD was autocrossed in a previous life. It would tripod itself in a really hard corner. I remember the seller said that he was put in the Behemoth class.

It still doesn't drive like a "race car" though even though you could race it.

Touring of course. I might have listed it as a 300TDt, but it isn't listed as such on the tailgate The 300D in my signature wasn't a turbo, but the "Euro" should have been enough of a clue.

He said that he had a pic of it lifting a tire somewhere, and if he found it he would send me a copy.

Hell I've lifted a tire on my 300SD, my 240D, our Jeep, my VW, our van, and my three wheeler!!!

I figure I am not driving fast enough unless atleast one tire is not getting good traction
