Zebrano supplier in Oz
I accidentally came across this site, while looking for something else.
http://www.fendertrim.com.au/p209.html they seem to have a full range of wood for most models, and they have chrome fender trims too, on this page.

OMG they have the 126 picnic tables - Do you have to request a price from them? Almost afraid to ask how much they want for them - price has been the past reason for me not having them.

They won't export, though. So maybe we can talk ... somebody ... into shipping it halfway across the world?

Visit the sight
They show a photo of the 'picnic table'. They are trays that attach to the back side of the driver and passenger seats. They fold up for storage. Pretty nice touch. Would probably be best used in the SDL.

now do youall realize how expensive these objects are?
would youall complain about cost(instead non availability) if they did sell to the united states? it seems like i posted something about this website or read about it(who can tell at this point?!?) and these panels cost hundreds of dollars, around 5-700 for a complete set. are those that seem interested still interested after hearing that? i HIGHLY recommend you getting a set at the pull a part(around 30-50 for every piece) and covering it with the veneer of your choice, staining it the color of your choice and finishing it in your choice of thick gloss, thin gloss, matte or semi-gloss. this is the only cost effective solution to the cracked poly syndrome these things suffer from at their age. replacement costs way too much. i shall not pay 1/2 the market value of my car to put new wood trims in it!

At some point I will have to replace all my wood too. I've replaced the upper switch panel with a used piece and it looks OK, but not new. The rest of mine is about 9/10, but it could be better. The only way to get the interior to look new will be to replace all the pieces at the same time. One of these days...
