Any body know off the top of their head what the inner diameter of the hoses that run to and from the heater core are? Thanks.

as far as i know the standard hose should be 16mm (don't know if inner or outer) i am using 19mm im my 200D W123

I don't know the metric size as I've never thought of trying to make up any of those hoses. I do know that "flushing gizmo" of mine uses 1/2" water pipe which fits INSIDE" that heater hose nicely.
