Stupid Brake Pedal Question
today I noticed that my brake pedal moves slightly from side to side. I wouldnt say its super loose or anything. Is this normal? Im driving a 1982 300D.

Think I would crawl under there with a flash light and look for something amiss while you wiggle the pedal. there are "pins" and push rods that "could come adrift I spoz, but have never come across that problem. Keep in mind your "E" brake would'nt stop you very well if you were moving down the road.
The brake linkage is easy to see without clutch linkage in the way
