Turn signal/Hazard problem - '78 300D
The colder it gets outside the faster the turn signals (and the Hazard relay) blink - low 20's here tonight and on the way home the signals blink so fast you couldn't keep up! Ongoing problem with car and generally as the car warms up it gets better - although the problem seems to be getting worse (i.e. faster and not slowing down as much). I pulled the relay (in the console with the power window switches, etc) and I don't see anything obvious - can you fix this relay? New ones are $$$. Could it be something else - I just assumed the relay was bad (from previous posts)??
Thanks, ryan
