Quick valve adjustment Question
How much am I supposed to tighten the lock nuts on the valves? I have been putting a little muscle into them, is that good enough? Just to double check the intake valves should be set to .1mm, and the exhaust valves should be set at .3mm for a non-turbo engine right? If so all of my exhaust valves are way too tight. Thanks.

I wouldn't put too much muscle into it. I just snug it up and give it a little extra shot. If I had to guess I'd say 10-15 Nm maybe.
The gap specs are posted on a tag on the front frame under the hood. Danny

Ok. Thanks. Guess I am doing it right then. Some of them were really tight before I adjusted them, just wanted to check that I didn't need to put them back that tightly.
