Miscellanious ACC questions
 

hey,

had a few spare minutes tonight so I ran thru the functions of my ACC system to make sure everything is working properly. here's what I have to ask..

My Footwell flaps. open all the time? they closed only once, during DEF function.

A/C Compressor. should I hear it kick in? when should it?

A Droning resonating sound from the dash when I shut car off, changes tone or dissapears when I push buttons on ACC or use door locks.

My Aux water pump doesn't work, is that why my vent temps go down at idle?

Can't answer this one since my AC is uhhhh, gone....

I have a feeling that both of these symptoms, noise and partial flaps indicate a vacuum leak, which is not enough to effect operations when things are running faster.
