300TD...where is the...
turn signal/ flasher relay? Ran all the wires, cleaned all the ground points and the fixtures, everything checks out...but no flashers.
found a "maybe" drivers side, under the dash, hidden up behind the air vent hose...I can feel it a lot better than I can see it! Feels like about 1 1/4" x 2" box.

The flasher is under the center console. Remove the wood with the switches and it should be in the front of the console, about in a location under the ashtray. It is long and square. I hope I described it well enough!
