Prime Pump location on 1996 E300
I am going to change the fuel filters and run Diesel Purge and was wondering where the priming pump is located on my 1996 E300?

There has been no priming pump since the 1986 model year. I would just pour the Diesel Purge into your new filter and run the rest as instructed. You may need 2 cans because most of the first can will go into the filter.

Yes, this one is called "self priming" and it is too, as long as you don't replace the prefilter without putting on the o-rings. Don't ask me how I know that.

The priming pump is located in your dash area. Crank engine with key to activate
