If the veg oil isnt getting up to proper temperatures before being injected, it could have easily damaged the lift pump, ip etc in one weeks time.

It could be the lift pump. I was having issues where my car would stall about 4-5 minutes after starting, and also it would woosh out (or in, I never determined) a big blast of pressure when I opened the fuel cap.

I replaced the lift pump at the same time as the plastic lines, and no more problems related to air in the lines or pressurizing (vacuuming?) the fuel tank.

Well it turned out to be the aftermarket heat exchanger I was running. I installed clear fuel lines even behind the original fuel heater. I was seeing air bubbles starting just after the aftermarket heat exchanger. I bypassed it and the car runs normal.
