Do MB Dealers Use Distilled Water When Flushing Cooling System?
 

Does anyone here know if it is standard practice for MB dealers to use distilled water rather than tap water when they flush and fill a customers vehicle?

I bet they probably don't since the manual calls for water the is "suitable for drinking in most cases." That means tap water and if you use the right coolant and change it every three years as requiered, then you probably won't have any problems. That being said, I do my own and do use distilled water. :)
