KKK turbo owners

Turbolader decal "Turbocharger" decal.

Just thought I'd pass along this find for those of running with the KKK turbo's.

Do you think it would look cheesy on a Mercedes?

Yes.

But then again thats just me. I think any vinyl naming car parts that you put on a car will look bad.

I would be afraid to put 3 k's on my car, even though its not racist. A lot of people don't know about KKK turbos and wouldn't understand.

Super cheesy, and beyond stupid. That's what rednecks and ricers do with their vehicles.

I am still trying to find some lettering that matches the mercedes stuff (metallic) to badge the back of my SD as intercooled.

The only other sticker on my car is a small green "senor frogs" sticker from mexico...its on the drivers side rear door 1/4 glass...looks tasteful

I would take the "turbo diesel" chrome lettering and break out the "I" and stick it on the end of your 300SD lettering making it a 300SDI . Or you could try making it a 300RD in a similar manner for racing diesel. either way it would be fun to take it to the dealer to confuse them.

Can you imagine their reaction when they popped the hood? haha...

"What model is this?!" lol

My radiator suffered a freeze from our sub 0C temps so I need to address that...it aluminium so I will just tig it up.

I am thinking of getting a small condensor for making into a radiator

I think the manual transmission would throw them too.

Doh!.... Oh thats right you had some problems right before the GTG. Now I remember. We did have a lot of manuals there though, thats what probably got me confused.

Okay lets standardize things a bit for confusing the dealers. If an SD has an intercooler its a 300SDI . If it has a manual transmission and an intercooler its a 300RD .

Find someone who does graphics design. A good graphics designer should be able to make you a vinyl lettering that looks just like the original Turbo Diesel font.
