All Dash lights stay on while running?

I have 123 and just replaced the voltage regulator. All the dash lights were on before I replaced it and they are still on after? Also in the center console there is a clicking sound when I engage the turn signal, its coming from a black square plug that has" BGE 601.433 12V 2/4x21w" on the side and "BGE 105" on the top of it?

I would check the electrical ignition switch on the back of the ignition cylinder. its usually the alternator or the switch has worn out. lemme know what u find ~Luke

ps. what did your old voltage regulator look like when u pulled it out....were the brushes gone or was there still some pad left...also check and make sure the brushes are making contact by measuring voltage at the battery cables....it should be 12-13 with the car off and 14-14.5 with the car running

Mike,

If you have run downt the battery and the voltage is low that will cause all the dash lights to illuminate
