Well, I discovered a few days that the previous owner bypassed the switchover valve between the exhaust manifold and ALDA. I just found out how dangerous it can be, and I don't know how long it's been like that. I', guessing a year at the least since it's been slightly over a year since I've had it, but I'm getting back the way it needs to be, Lord knows I don't have the money for a replacement engine, new or used. So, I've attached a photo here from DieselGiant's site of the valve, and I need to know which port to use for the line going from the manifold and which port to use to the line going to the ALDA.

All I can tell you is how mine is connected. The port closest to the front of the cehicle is connected to the banjo fitting.
However, I doubt it matters. If all the valve does is connect, or prevent flowthen it should not make a difference. If its purpose was to meter, or act as a one way valve, then it might matter.
