Definitive Door Lock Thread

With all of the threads for door lock questions, I haven't seen anyone post "The Answer"

I don't have the experience to post it, but I'm imaginging something along the lines of:

"*Step one: start at the front. Unplug the two yellow hoses that lead through the firewall. Test each one with the mitivac. If Hose A leaks, move on to step two. If hose B leaks, move on to step nine
*Step two: pull up the carpet on the passenger's side and find the Y fitting. The hose that leads forward is the input. Disconnect the two outputs. If the left output doesn't hold air, you need to dismantle the passenger front door. if the ....

Step nine: Find and test the vacuum reservour in the trunk. It should hold a vacuum. Check the rubber...."

Who's willing and able? It would make a nice sticky.
