What these guys said...don't use anything else but the Zerex G-05 or the OEM Benz antifreeze unless you want expensive problems down the road.

Is it ok to top off the Mercedes stuff with Zerex?

As far as I know at this time they are chemicly identical. So yes you should be able to.
