1977 Manual Trans. 240 one owner adult driven for sale in NC

Was at my uncle's this weekend in the Western part of NC and saw this in the Charlotte, NC Observer on Saturday:

Mercedes 240D - 1977, 4dr, ac, 4spd, new clutch, new battery, non-smoker, 1 owner, adult driven since new, low miles, $3650
