Brake Maintenance - 1985 300SD

I have new calipers (all wheels), rear rotors (the fronts were replaced last year) and brake hoses to install on my 1985 300SD. Am uncertain about installing the equipment as I have never done this job on a Mercedes and recognize the importance of proper installation, etc. How much should I expect to pay an indie shop if I want them to install the parts?

I had a mechanic who did great work on the side, but became exceptionally unreliable. Prior to finding that mechanic, I took my car to Bavarian in Harrisburg, PA. Any suggestions about other shops or mechanics in the South Central, PA area that I should consider who may be able to give better service/prices?

Thanks in advance for your input/suggestions.

Replacing those things on your car is a pretty easy job but if you must farm it out, be SURE you trust the shop that you are sending the stuff to.

Unrealiability is not something I want to find in my brake service

I totally agree with ^^^^^^ and am not simply interested in getting shabby work at the lowest possible price. I don't mind paying for good work, but am wondering whether anyone could recommend an alternative to Bavarian that might be able to do just as good a job on the side. I love this car, but it can bleed you dry if you don't have access to low price parts (which thankfully I do) and a shop/mechanic that will charge based on actual time rather than book.
