Oil pan replacement on a diesel 126
Anybody experienced how to remove the oil pan on the sdl? How to's would be great... Hit the speedbumps it cracked......

Pretty straight forward really. Drain oil, remove many screws, install new gasket and pan, and reinstall many screws. Oh, BTW, refill with oil.

Do i have to jack up the engine part or something..
it seems the other bolts are hiding..  How long does it take to do it?

I don't think you can get away with jacking the engine. You have to lift the engine with a hoist to get it high enough to pull the pan. You can probably get through it in a day if cleaning the pan and block mating surfaces goes quickly. Ask an MB specialist how many hours the job takes then double it.

My Nichols/Chilton 2000 Labor Guide lists the following:
Oil Pan and/or Gasket: 240D 7.3 300CD 9.7 300D 9.7 300SD 1981-85 5.4 1998-99 9.2 There is no listing for 350 SDL

Seems like a hardcore job for sure. I have an extra 603 pan if you need it.
BTW - this isn't the first SDL I've seen die from a cracked oil pan
