Thumbs up

27 sec! Jeez, a 240D would beat you.

Don't forget, the overboost solenoid could be bad on the SDL (mine was) causing a no extra fueling scenario.

I though my car was running great. Guess not.

At a mile high, stock minus EGR, 20.24 and 19.86 seconds on two consecutive runs.

Worst 21 MPG, best so far 27.something. I average 24/25.

Last summer results:
0-60: less than 6 seconds image from G-Tech pull
MPG: 30++

Mods: IP, turbo and intercooler

Summer 2006:
0-60: will suffer since auto tranny goes to Getrag and shifts needs a good driver
MPG: getting even better, less internal power losses

The turbo for 2006: http://www.holset.co.uk/files/2_1_1_5-HX50-55.php

What is it with you guys? Why do you always insist on taking center-stage, LOL!

Its not fair, we can't compete!

350SD, timed was approximately 11 seconds to 60 mph. Perhaps even less, if I actually made an effort to launch the car effectively.

300SDL. Well, not fair. I'll just say 0-60 mph is about 9 seconds. That's if I am doing a slight brakestand, launching at 1500 rpm. I get a couple of chirps, and I'm off. That's on average. In 4th gear, I can slip up to 3K rpm at 40 mph, instantly.

MPG: 25ish mixed driving on winter fuel. I did a lot of idling on that tank so less idling plus summer fuel will hopefully equal a few mpg better.

0-60 was about 16 when I first got it. I've since changed the thermostat, some filters, and cleaned the banjo bolt. I'll have to check again.

Average of about 25.5 mpg over the last three tanks, mixed use, winter fuel.

I'm with you at about 32 mpg. 0-60, feels like ages, but at least I get to wait in a nice car.

Put the G-tech Pro on the SD today.

Best time was 12.68 seconds 0-60. That's with a full power brake. It has the 2.88 diff and 215-70-14 tires.

Can't be totally positive of the grade. Other times were about 13 seconds or so.

The 1-2 upshift happens at 4000 rpm.........I held the 2-3 to be sure of hitting 4400.

I'm quite pleased with the results for this vehicle.

It's been getting 27.5 mpg on winter fuel. I'm seriously hoping to get 30 mpg on the next tank of summer fuel.

Edited: 29 mpg on summer fuel......5/2/06
Edited: 31.1 mpg.........................5/24/06
