W126 Zebrano PS AC Duct Trim Removal

Got a nice, no crack piece off of Ebay. What does it take to get to the two nuts that hold this piece in place?

Anyone?

Remove glovebox, lower knee bolster?

It *looks* as though the actual duct is going to need to be removed to get to the nut that is closest to the door...
