How to Time IP with 190d Engine

Hello, Im new to mercedes. Although I play around with dodge diesels I dont know how to Time the injector pump to the cam and crank. I just replaced a rod and put a new head gasket on. Can Anyone help me with my 1985 190d 2.2 diesel?
