Brake light on dash flickering 81' 300D

Hi,

All has been well since the new steering box.
driving great, 'cept the blowby and the consequent oil loss through the air cleaner. She still purrs though so I guess that will be liveable until later.

Recently the parking brake light has been flickering.
I dont have the factory manual but i'm guessing this is a brake warning light as well??????

could it be the signal of a problemo?

thanks,
b.

Pull your front wheels and inspect the brake pads. Sounds like it may be time to replace them. Do it before they eat into the rotors and you will be $ ahead (if the rotors are still above minimum.
