Did I goof?

Hey all...finally had the time for a trans filter change on the 83 SD but when I installed new filter I noted that two of the 3 mounting screws were flush while the third was way off from the valve body...tightened it anyway (maybe bent the filter housing??), put pan back on, added fluid and drove. Now I am wondering if I goofed on that last screw...and worry whether or not the round gaskets on the filter are really sealed to the valve body...any thoughts??
