The most likely cause is cracked rubber diaphragms in the door lock actuators. Also the trunk and fuel door actuators. The driver door has no actuator, but does have a valve that could leak, but not likely. Also, there are a number of rubber connectors that connect the hard vacuum lines. The hard lines go into the driver's door are also possible candidates, as they flex when the door is opened and closed. Lots of possibilities.
Sometimes an actuator will only leak in the unlocked or locked position, but not both. (I had a leaking actuator once and the car would only shut down if I locked the doors first.) Also, watch the door lock buttons and see if one lags well behind the other two when the doors are locked and unlocked. (They don't operate exactly together normally, so you you sre looking for a significant difference.)
The lines for the locks are located under the carpet in the floor boards. You can selectively disconnect and plug those lines to help isolate the problem. Also check the line to the vacuum reservoir.
